Be Sure To Include A Contingency Budget In Your Remodeling Plans

If you’re planning a remodeling project, whether it’s a whole home renovation, a room addition, a kitchen remodel, a bathroom remodel, or anything else, be sure you include a contingency budget of at least 5-10% of the total project budget in your plans.

In the first installment of our Renovation Tips video series, Watermark & Company Principal Mike Paclik, CR, provides a graphic example of why contingency budgets are so important. Watch below for more.

This video, and the others in the series, is also available on the Watermark & Company YouTube Channel.
